2020
The largest project of the EDS Group, the 330/35 kV Zaporizhzhia WPP high-voltage electrical substation in Nadezhdyno, was built from scratch to collect the power of the 500 MW Zaporizhzhia WPP. After the expansion, EDS Power, a powerful industrial and logistics hub for the assembly of switchboard equipment, was opened.
2019
Entering the wind energy market and signing the first international contract with the Chinese system investor PowerChina for the construction of cable lines for the Syvash wind farm.
EDS Project took 1st place in the rating of SPP designers according to the investment platform GetMarket.
EDS Engineering entered the TOP-5 (4th place) of the rating of general contractors of SPPs according to the investment platform GetMarket.

2018
A new business line was launched - development.
The annual volume of renewable energy facilities built by EDS Group reached 40 MW.
2017
The total production of switchboard equipment reached 1500 units.
The first industrial solar power plant of Sun Energy, 2 MW, was built and launched in Pidhorodne (Dnipropetrovska oblast).
2016
EDS Group's entry into the renewable energy business.
2015
The first unit of switchboard equipment under the EDS trademark was assembled.
2011-2014
Establishment of the EDS Group and the start of cooperation on a number of projects with major market players such as DTEK, MHP, ATB, Interpipe, and Ukrainian Railways.

Participation in the dual education system and assistance in the development of the material and technical base of the EDS Group's specialized universities.
EDS understands the importance of high-quality specialized higher education in the context of a shortage of personnel and pays much attention to cooperation with higher education institutions that train the future generation of energy specialists. That is why EDS Group regularly participates in the dual education system for students of the National Technical University "Dnipro Polytechnic" (Dnipro) and equips its laboratories with modern smartgrid equipment. It helps students learn how the equipment works at energy facilities.
Investing in team development
We understand that development is only possible through continuous learning. As a responsible business, we invest in specialized training for our team. In particular, in 2020, EDS management completed a modular mini-MBA course, and training courses on specialized disciplines and compliance with occupational safety and health regulations are held monthly for field specialists.
Exchange of expertise and participation in knowledge assessment
Every year, members of the EDS team take part in the examination commissions at the specialized higher education institution, NTU "Dnipro Polytechnic", because the quality of education is important to us. In addition, the industrial and logistics hub #EDS_Power always welcomes visitors from students and teachers from energy-related educational institutions.

EDS Group builds renewable energy facilities only on land unsuitable for agricultural activities. During the implementation of the project for the construction of cable lines for the Syvashska SPP in Kherson region, the EDS team carefully moved to other locations rare plants that came across the path of construction equipment

The Foundation contributes to the defense capability of Ukraine by repairing and modernizing armored vehicles, supplying auxiliary equipment, FPV drones and energy products for military units. We help ensure the reliability of equipment and the effectiveness of combat missions.
Innovative educational classrooms for the development of science and technology in the energy sector
The Foundation creates modern educational spaces for the development of science and innovation in the energy sector.

The project involved a complete reconstruction of the premises and adjacent corridors, installation of air conditioning systems, new furniture, computer equipment, and projectors to provide comfortable conditions for study and research.

HELPING THE CITY DURING THE QUARANTINE
During the spring quarantine of 2020, EDS Group provided targeted assistance of about UAH 1 million to the Mechnikov Regional Clinical Hospital (Dnipro) for the purchase of components for ventilators, masks, disinfectants, etc.
